It’s not overwhelming yet, but it’s only 11:15.
I have grand plans to create a mock awards blog so that teachers and students can review or comment on my recommendations on Caldecott, Newbery and Charlotte contenders.
I’d like to start one for book recommendations by students. I kept index cards for the YA titles I read this summer. I could use some of them as samples.

I am trying to catch up on my Newbery winners. I’m listening to many of them on CD. I just finished The Tale of Desperaux.
